Formula 1 has revealed the racing calendar for the next season, with 23 Grands Prix races planned on the provisional 2021 F1 schedule 2021 F1 schedule The F1 season will start in Bahrain in the end of March, finish in Abu Dhabi in early December, and feature the first-ever World Championship race in Saudi Arabia.

The announcement follows an unprecedented year for Formula 1 in which the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a revised 2020 calendar of 17 races, as F1 became the first international sport to resume its season. The provisional F1 calendar for 2021, along with those for the FIA Formula 2 and Formula 3 Championships, remains subject to approval by the FIA’s World Motor Sport Council
