The 2021 Honda Accord has received an engine, exterior, interior and tech upgrade that has left many cars in the same class far far behind. Accord’s new turbocharged engine has had a much needed redesign. It serves a dual purpose of being powerful and delivers fuel economy at the same time. You can choose between a powerful redefined 247 HP VTEC Turbo or the efficient but still powerful 198 HP VTEC Turbo. 2021 Honda Accord The Accord’s acceleration response and handling have improved from previous models. Make a thrilling drive even more exciting with race inspired paddle shifters. There is no gear shaft in the center console, there are cool buttons instead. This arrangement has helped free up some space and make the cabin more roomy. Both engines feature Honda‘s  Earth Dream Technology which gives you perfect balance of performance an economy. The 2.0 engine is equipped with a slick 10 Automatic Transmission and 1.5 with a smooth CVT automatic. (2.0L and 1.5L Engine).
There are three drive modes in the car (Eco, Normal and Sport) The acceleration response on the Sport mode is fairly nifty. We did the 0-100 km speed test and clocked our best time at 5.9 seconds. Fuel economy has also been improved and you are looking at 7 liters of fuel consumed for 100 kilometers travelled on the highway. Honda has also gone to great lengths to create a calm, quiet space so you can just relax and enjoy the drive. This year also brings upgrades in the safety department. To help reduce the likelihood of a frontal impact, the collision mitigation braking system helps to bring the car to a stop if the system determines that a collision with a vehicle detected in front or a pedestrian is unavoidable. A warning sounds, and if necessary, brake pressure is automatically applied.
