The Mall Fever

It’s evident that for Dubai residents and tourists, the mall experience is more than just a pastime—it’s a cherished part of the culture. And, what’s Dubai without a visit to its iconic malls? Valentine’s Day was no different. Uber trips to the malls were amongst the top destinations, in particular the Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Nakheel Mall, and Marina Mall. These malls aren’t merely shopping hubs; they’re vibrant centers of entertainment and romance. And let’s not overlook the iconic Dubai Fountain – talk about setting the mood for romance! From skiing experiences to immersive adventures, Dubai’s malls have it all, making a Valentine’s trip to a mall a definite top choice.

Little Escapes from Dubai

While many enjoyed the love-filled atmosphere of Dubai, some opted to Uber it out of the city, either returning home or embarking on vacations. Airport trips were abuzz with excitement, whether it was a couple’s getaway or a routine Wednesday flight – we’re sure love was on the itinerary.

Sticking to Classic Romance

But wait, there’s more – people certainly didn’t forget about the classic romantic ways to spend Valentine’s, such as a dinner for two overlooking some views of the city. And so, Uber rides to some of Dubai’s most romantic spots: DIFC, Burj Al Arab, JW Mariott Marquis, Atlantis the Royal, Grosvernor House, Jumeirha Al Nasseem,  Ritz Carlton, and Madinat Jumeirah also saw significant footfall. We hope they were bustling with laughter and clinking glasses, serving as go-to spots for Valentine’s.
