You can pay using a debit or credit card and can choose to receive your license via delivery (additional fee) or you can pick it up from an RTA Customer Happiness Centre.

RTA Mobile App

Using the RTA Mobile App on either iOS or Android is easy and similar to using the RTA website to renew your Dubai driving license.

RTA Call Centre

You can also choose to call the Dubai RTA Centre to renew your license. Simply call them on 800 90 90 and follow the prompts for license renewal where an operator will assist you. A temporary license will be sent to you via email while your new license is prepared. This temporary driving license is valid between 5-15 days depending on the license.

Kiosk at RTA Customer Happiness Centres

These kiosks are clearly marked and you can simply follow the prompts to renew your driving license. Payment, processing of renewal and printing of your new drivers license will be done by the kiosk.
