RTA reopens 3 Customer Happiness Centers from 30th April

The RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) has announced reopening of RTA Customer Happiness Centers in three key locations starting from Thursday 30th of April 2020 with the operating timings of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Reopened Customer Happiness Centers

• Umm Ramool
• Deira
• Al Barsha

While the RTA has enforced strict safety protocols to protect staff and visitors with the installation of heat sensors, wearing a mask will be mandatory and physical distancing will be undertaken to ensure the highest safety standards.

Still Closed

• Al Shirwawi
• Cars Deira
• SpeedFit
• Tasjeel (Al Tawar, Discovery Gardens and International City) centers.
• AutoPro (Satwa and Mankhool)

The RTA still encourages all customers to utilize online and smart channels instead of visiting Customer Happiness Centers.
