Dubai Roads & Transport Authority – Licensing Agency (RTA) is inviting the public who are willing to obtain distinctive car number plates to participate in another Dubai number plate auction taking place on August 22nd, 2020 at 4:30pm at the InterContinental Dubai – Festival City.
In addition to the above, there are four and five digits plates also going for auction.

Dubai number plate auction – Terms & Conditions
- Registration begins from August 16th, 2020
- The auction will take place on August 22nd, 2020 at 4:30pm
- Venue: InterContinental Dubai – Festival City
- Register now through www.rta.ae or the Customer Happiness Centres at Umm Ramool, Deira and Al Barsha.
- New user must have: • Must have a valid traffic file in the Emirate of Dubai
- For participation, a deposit cheque of AED 25,000 must be provided, which will be returned to the bidder if he is unsuccessful in winning a number, AED 120 as entrance fees which will not be returned.
- The successful bidder should pay the bid amount within 10 working days, otherwise the deposit will be confiscated and he will be placed on the defaulters list.
- 5% VAT will be applied on sold number plates.
- Anyone has the right to own any number of plate numbers.
- Due to limited seating capacity, please register prior to the event. On the day of the event, seating will be based on registration and a first-come-first-serve basis. Registration is not available on the day of the event.
