At Auto Shanghai 2025 (April 23-May 2), Nissan debuted two new models to bolster its presence in China’s competitive EV market: the Frontier Pro plug-in hybrid pickup and the all-electric Dongfeng Nissan N7 sedan, boasting a 635 km range (per China’s test cycle).
The Nissan Formula E GEN3 Evo race car was also showcased, highlighting its electrification focus. The press conference, held on April 23 in Hall 8.1, was live streamed and watched by many.
The five-seat, dual-purpose pickup has been designed for families who seek a vehicle that can comfortably and efficiently support their daily urban driving as well as weekend adventures beyond the city limits.
