New EV Charging Stations at DIFC Gate District

DIFC has added new EV charging stations in the Gate District. They are available for tenants and visitors starting 12 January 2026.

Gate Village Basement 4

2 Fast DC chargers (24 kW)

10 Slow AC chargers (11 kW)

Gate Avenue Parking K

2 Fast DC chargers (90 kW)

EV Charging Rates

Slow AC charging: AED 0.70 per kWh

Fast DC charging: AED 1.20 per kWh

Hours and Access

Stations are open 24/7.

Gate Village chargers are for tenants only.

Gate Avenue Parking K chargers are for tenants and visitors.

How to Use EV Chargers

A user guide is placed next to each charger. It explains step-by-step how to:

Access the service through the DIFC+ mobile app

Select and start charging

Pay for the session

Get notifications to avoid extra charges

Read the guide before use and move your vehicle as soon as charging is complete.

DIFC EV Parking Rules

EV bays are only for electric vehicles that are actively charging.

Non-EV vehicles are not allowed in EV bays.

EVs must start a charging session or they cannot park there.

Follow all posted signs and local rules.
