Every vehicle is thoroughly reviewed by a team of specialists at ADM’s workshop. Upon examination, each customer will now be able to receive clear video updates through the CitNOW app directly to their mobile phone. Real-time feedback from BMW experts will also be shared, alongside service recommendations.
Utilising this user-friendly app, clients can also expect a traffic light system health check of their vehicle with the ability to automatically approve, decline, or discuss the next steps using the very same link.
The application has been tailored specifically for customers seeking ease and convenience on the aftersales care of their BMW or MINI, allowing users to view their cars from the comfort of their own homes.
