The rally organisers have listened closely to feedback and raised the stakes for its sixth edition in Saudi Arabia, extending the course to nearly 8,000 kilometres — over 5,000 of which will be special stages — from Bisha to Shubaytah.

With their deep knowledge of the terrain, the organising teams have crafted a demanding challenge that will test riders, drivers, and crews from start to finish, leaving little time to recover between each intense effort.

The grueling 48-hour chrono stage, now placed at the beginning of the race, will flow almost seamlessly into the marathon stage, a key segment that will begin to determine the event’s outcome.

In the second week, the distant sight of Shubaytah will serve as a guiding light for those who have conquered the dunes of the Empty Quarter.

Special care has been taken to separate the courses of the specials over more than 45% of the total distance, a proven strategy that will enhance the flow and safety of the race while making navigation more challenging for the cars.

The race will culminate in the heart of the bivouacs, where stage starts and finishes will take place, leading up to the final podium in Shubaytah on January 17.
