Mercedes-Benz is enhancing the appeal of its spacious GLB compact SUV to better cater to customer preferences. The SUV now boasts a redesigned front bumper with underbody protection that visually nods to its off-road pedigree. This effect is further accentuated by the SUV’s radiator grille featuring four horizontal louvres and a central star. The car’s sleek shoulder shape and well-defined side graphics create an attractive interplay of light and shadow, ultimately leading to a visually emphasized rear end that conveys a sense of width.

The appearance of the Mercedes-Benz GLB SUV is further enhanced by the new full-LED headlights and rear lights, with additional options for customers to choose from, including four new wheel designs and a new Spectral Blue Metallic paint colour. The standard 17-inch five-twin-spoke alloy wheels in high-gloss black with high-gloss turned surfaces can be upgraded to 18- to 20-inch wheels.

One of the standout features of the upgraded interior is the freestanding double screen, which comprises a 7-inch and a 10.25-inch display for the instrument cluster and multimedia screens. Customers can opt for two 10.25‑inch wide-screen displays for an even more immersive experience.

The round turbine-look air vents exude sporty elegance and contrast well with the straight-lined aluminum interior elements, which are typical of off-road vehicles. The standard leather-upholstered steering wheel can be upgraded to ARTICO man-made leather, with the AMG Line offering a heated steering wheel rim for the first time.

The new GLB comes with an extensive list of standard equipment, including comfort seats upholstered in ARTICO man-made leather and black fabric with three-dimensional embossing, with an optional sagegrey colour. The Progressive equipment variant offers a choice of three interior colours: black, macchiato beige, and sagegrey.

The AMG Line offers a standard seat cover in ARTICO man-made leather/microfibre MICROCUT, which is now available in bahia brown, along with four upholstery colours: black, bahia brown, sagegrey, and the new red pepper combined with black. The comfort seat fabric covering is made of 100% recycled materials, while the ARTICO/MICROCUT seat cover comprises 65% recycled materials in the seat mirror and 85% in the bottom fabric.

The GLB’s standard equipment has been significantly upgraded, with a simplified offer logic that is better tailored to specific customer needs. Highbeam Assist, a reversing camera, and the USB package are included in the basic equipment, alongside the leather steering wheel and LED front headlights.

The Parking Package and Mirror Package are included in the Progressive equipment variant, with further functional equipment bundled into packages based on customer behavior. Customers can customize their vehicles with different design features such as colors, upholstery, trim, and wheels.
