You’ll be rubbing your eyes in disbelief when you first look at the 2021 MG HS. Every inch of the new MG HS is as eye-catching and impressive as it can be.
In addition to sporty looks, the MG HS offers luxurious ride comfort and an exciting driving experience. The base model comes with a front wheel drive but the MG HS Trophy trim is equipped with an Intelligent All Wheel Drive (AWD).
It has a top speed of 210km / hour and accelerates fairly quickly. What was most surprising to us was the six-speed dual clutch transmission gearbox which manages high speed upshifts and downshifts seamlessly.
The vehicle is equipped with Eco, Normal, Comfort and Sports mode for your convenient driving style. To add an extra punch, the MG HS luxury trim is equipped with a super sport response system that releases maximum torque for best acceleration.
A few things the HS needs to work on for future models perhaps are the excessive body roll. The vehicle also does not feel confident on sharp bends and a bit unstable at high speeds.
The HS stylish exterior has multiple highlights. From the iconic the star rider grille and the prominent MG badge, right through all the way to the rear combination tail lights.
2021 MG HS is a muscular and athletic SUV in every sense of the word, with the slick craftsmanship and impressive proportions ensuring you are driving a model that has been carefully designed and lovingly detailed.
It comes equipped with two-tone LED headlights – embedded with nine crystal LEDs – for exceptional visibility, LED Daytime Running Light and sequential tail lights.
18 inch alloy wheels, red sports brake disc calipers, electric folding door mirrors and a power tailgate are some of the features that make it even more desirable.

Driver seating is fitted with 6 Way Powered Lumbar Support and a 4 Way Powered Passenger Seat to comfortably adjust your seating position before you start your journey. Second row is very spacious with ample head and leg room for 3 occupants.
